What does ABA Therapy look like?
-
Virtual therapy
These sessions offer a flexible and effective way to deliver high-quality care, especially for families who need convenience, accessibility, and consistency. By integrating technology with personalized, interactive techniques, virtual therapy allows children to continue progressing in their developmental goals while minimizing disruptions to their daily lives. With the right tools and strategies, virtual therapy can be just as successful as in-person therapy and can greatly enhance a child’s development and well-being.
-
Community Based Treatment
By combining therapeutic techniques with real-world experiences, children are better equipped to handle the demands of daily life. These sessions not only focus on building specific skills but also foster the emotional resilience needed to face new or challenging situations.
-
One on one
These 1:1 sessions using ABA and ACT offer a holistic, individualized approach to therapy that addresses both behavioral and emotional aspects of development. By combining the structured, evidence-based techniques of ABA with the mindfulness and emotional regulation strategies of ACT, these sessions can help individuals improve both their functional skills and their psychological flexibility, leading to better outcomes in real-life situations.
-

The ongoing collaboration between families and therapists helps children reach their full potential, making parent coaching a key investment in long-term success.

Social Skills Groups
These groups provide a valuable opportunity for individuals to learn and practice critical interpersonal skills in a safe, structured, and supportive environment. By improving social communication, emotional regulation, and conflict resolution abilities, these groups help individuals build meaningful relationships and navigate social situations more confidently. Whether the goal is to make friends, enhance empathy, or resolve social challenges, social skills groups are an effective tool in fostering growth and promoting long-term success in social interactions.
-

PROCESS FOR SERVICES
-
We will review the initial information captured from your first reach out to the organization in order to determine next steps. You should receive a response from one of our client services team members within 2 business days of your initial inquiry.
-
This meeting occurs with a member from our clinical team and client services team to walk you through the intake paperwork and ensure that there is mutual understanding in what you are signing. This meeting tends to take anywhere from 1 - 2 hours and can be done in split appointments (this is provided at no cost to you).
-
In order to ensure that your child is able to receive services without disruptions, we complete verification of payment benefits.
-
Once verification of benefits is completed, we use that information to assign a clinician to you and your family where the initial assessment will be completed. The initial assessment requires up to 8 hours of time, but is split across multiple days.
-
Once the initial assessment is completed, we submit the treatment plan to your insurance company to obtain authorization for ongoing services. Your treatment plan will outline the prescribed number of hours recommended by the clinician.
